Richard Rivet
President & CEO

Richard Rivet is an accomplished company builder and entrepreneur with more 25 years of experience as a senior executive officer, founder, director of private and publicly listed companies. Richard founded and served as President of King’s Bay Gold Corporation (TSX.V-KBG) from 1998 to 2009 and also founded and served as President of Mainstream Minerals Corp (TSX.V-MJO) from 2006 to 2010. Richard also founded and served as President of many successful wholesale, manufacturing and distribution companies with products selling across Canada and the USA. Richard is also a marketing consultant. Richard has also founded a children’s charity named Dreams Come Alive Children’s Charity Ltd.

Ryan Yanch
Chief Financial Officer

With over 10 years of trading experience, his specialization is in new issues & IPOs. He holds a BBA from the University of Guelph in Business Admin with a specialization in FInance along with a diploma from Humber College. In addition, he has post-licensing certifications such as the Canadian Securities Courses (CSC), Canadian Practices Handbook (CPH), and Derivatives and Options Licensing (DFOL). Ryan was a registered trader with the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) as well as the Montreal Options Exchange.  After his accomplishments as a Registered trader, Ryan has co-founded two marketing agencies, hosted numerous mining conferences as well as acted as a consultant to over 100 public companies.

John Archibald
Consulting Geologist

Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours, Geology/Earth Science, General. John has been a director in several public companies on the TSX.V. He is a geologist with 49 years of vast experience and supervision of over 100 mining projects around the world. Project design and supervision, property assessment, report filing and N.I. 43-101 Geological Reports.
Consulting projects have included assignments in Liberia, West Africa; Fairbanks, Alaska; Hermosilla, Mexico; Costa Rica; Venezuela; Blue Mtn. Area-Jamaica; Newfoundland and Labrador (Voisey’s Bay area); Ontario (McFauld’s Area-James Bay Lowlands), Wawa, Timmins, Hemlo, Red Lake, Rainy River, Shining Tree-Gowganda, Eastern Ontario); British Columbia (Golden, Big Bar Ranch, Quesnel, McConnell Creek//Sustut); Saskatchewan( La Ronge, High Lake); Nunavut (Baker Lake, Coppermine Area); Java, Indonesia.

Michael Birch 

Michael Birch is an accomplished company builder, entrepreneur and adviser. Michael is originally from Garden Hill First Nation and has been an entrepreneur since he opened his first store in Garden Hill when he was only 16 years old. In his younger years Michael was named Manitoba’s 2001 Aboriginal Entrepreneur of the Year, by the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business. The first recipient of the award. Michael has founded many businesses and evolved the innovative idea of optimizing and modernizing business opportunities on First Nations when he formed the “First Nations Buying Group” which leveraged the collective buying power of Manitoba reserves. Michael currently operates several businesses including being the President of M.B. Enterprises (MBE), a full-service facility management company that specializes in building and managing retail businesses on behalf of Manitoba First Nations. MBE has developed a philosophy of “giving back” to their client communities by adopting a business model that returns profits and ownership back to the First Nation people and Reserves. 

Claude Charbonneau 

Claude Charbonneau is a very accomplished company builder and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of running numerous wholesale and retail businesses in Montreal and Florida. He was a also director of King’s Bay Gold a mining exploration company listed on the TSX.V. Claude brings successful business experience skills and valuable knowledge of marketing, selling, networking, negotiation, communication and raising initial seed capital for start-ups.

Diane St Jean

Diane St Jean is a very successful company builder and entrepreneur with more than 25 years in business. Her companies are involved in contaminated site remediation, restoration, construction site clean up and pest control, etc. Diane brings a wealth of successful business experience and valuable skills in networking, negotiations, communication and getting things done.

Donn Pirie
Legal Counsel

Donn Pirie is an associate lawyer at Darcy & Deacon LLP in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He has a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry. Skilled in Securities Law, IPO’s , Negotiation, Legal Assistance, Arbitration, Strategic Planning, and Dispute Resolution. Strong entrepreneurship professional with great experience in representing public companies.  Graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Laws.

Brandon Colwell

Brandon is the President of Sagacity Capital Media which is a capital markets consulting and content creation company. He has interviewed over 500 public companies and worked with dozens of private and public clients. Sagacity specializes in harnessing the power of social media to help inform and stay connected with both current and potential investors throughout the digital landscape. Brandon has co-founded and built multiple marketing agencies that focused on investor awareness and education across the investment world. He has a Business Administration Diploma, Business Management Diploma, Institute of Canadian Business Diploma, Business Administration and Management, General from Humber College

Jason Wilson

Jason brings has an excellent track record of proven success with community, industry and government relations with extensive experience in bridging strong relationships and brokering deals with Canadian and International companies with First Nations in areas of land use, energy, mining/exploration, and security & telecommunications.

  • Lands and Resources Dispute Resolution & Reconciliation Specialist for the Ministry of Aboriginal Affairs (Toronto, Ontario).

James Tworek

James is the CEO of Element79 Gold Corp (CSE:ELEM, FSE: 7YS), a Canadian precious metals exploration company and also a Co-Founder, President and Director of Gaia Grow Corporation (CSE:GAIA, FSE:GG0).
James has worked in Banking and Finance for the past 22 years, having started in commercial banking in 1998, and later working as a partner in a mortgage brokerage with an in-house small-cap commercial mezzanine development fund for 7.5 years

From 2015-2020 James founded and operated a boutique Corporate Finance Consulting firm with three partners where they use their experience in raising capital on a global basis, structuring bond offerings and working with Family Offices, Commodity Trading Groups, Private Equity and Venture Capital firms alike.

Trevor Maraj
Independent Director

Mr. Maraj boasts diverse experience in both private and public companies. Beginning as a financial planner at London Life Insurance Company, he obtained licenses for life insurance and IFIC training. He co-founded, served as Director and CFO of King’s Bay Gold Corporation (now Lion Rock Resources) from 1998 to 2004. With 25+ years in the automotive industry, he manages at Vickar Chevrolet and chairs the Audit Committee at Golden Rapture Mining Corporation.
