John has been a director in several public companies on the TSX.V. He is a geologist with 49 years of vast experience and supervision of over 100 mining projects around the world.

Brandon has recently been named Managing Director of the Critical Minerals Institute (CMI), an international organization for companies and professionals focused on Critical Minerals.

The authorized share capital of the Issuer consists of an unlimited number of Common Shares. As of September, 2024 there are approx. 24,346,871 Common Shares. 25% insider ownership.

As at the date of closing our IPO on March 07 there are 14,799,000 Warrants ranging in price from $0.15 to $0.25. The majority being 8,729,000 at $0.15 expiring on April 20, 2025 and 3,087,500 at $0.15 expiring on December 31, 2024.
